  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Lime slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  3. Pour filling into the crust, smooth the top, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe over the pie.
