- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
- Pour filling into the crust, smooth the top, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe over the pie.
- Garnish with lime zest, slices, and serve chilled.
Notes
