Description

Veganista Ice Cream is a creamy, plant-based alternative to traditional ice cream. Made with coconut milk, almond milk, or oat milk, it’s a dairy-free dessert that’s both delicious and healthy. Customize it with your favorite flavors and toppings


Ingredients

  1. 1 can of coconut milk

  2. 1 cup almond milk
  3. 1/2 cup maple syrup

  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  5. 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

  6. 1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, almond milk, and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth.

Add vanilla extract and mix well.

  1. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  2. During the last few minutes, add any optional mix-ins like shredded coconut or chopped almonds.

  3. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes

  1. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can freeze the mixture in a container and stir it every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals until it reaches the desired texture.
