Description
A healthy, creamy buffalo chicken dip using cottage cheese instead of cream cheese. High in protein, big on flavor, perfect for dipping!
Ingredients
1.5 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth.
2. In a bowl, combine chicken, buffalo sauce, spices, and blended cheese.
3. Stir in half the cheddar.
4. Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly.
6. Serve hot with chips or veggie sticks.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 4 days.
Can be frozen 1 month.
Try with tortilla chips or as wrap filling.
